Hey guys,

Just wanted to give you a little update on the latest news in the world of DDP:)

I just got back from Atlanta, where I was scouting locations for the new YRG Fitness Center. I'm still not sure if I'm going to do the YRG center in Atlanta or LA but I'll keep you posted... While I was in town I stopped into the Good Day Atlanta morning show on Fox 5 to demonstrate some YRG and talk about the whole program. They asked me to do a few “tricks” I hadn’t done in a while...it’s a good thing I brought my A-GAME! If you want to see what happened check out the clip on my Facebook page (in the videos section).

Yesterday I was honored to be a guest on GSN Live (on the GSN channel), which airs on the east coast from 3-6pm and on the west coast from 12-3pm. I was there to help out with some giveaways as well as talk a little bit about Carnie Wilson’s new reality show, Carnie Wilson UNSTAPLED - which starts tomorrow! (If you missed me on GSN Live, you can check it out my facebook page.)

While I was on GSN Live they asked me back to host for a week... hmmmm...I WONDER WHAT I’LL TALK ABOUT? The show runs during breaks between game shows, so it should be a blast.

Tomorrow...tune into Carnie Wilson UNSTAPLED on GSN (8/7c) -- I’m sure they’ll be playing the hell out of it, so if you miss the premiere, you should be able to catch on another day. For GSN we also filmed a few “webisodes” about how I developed YRG and all about the workout... I talked, and talked, and talked... imagine that! HA HA HA ! btw I'm really laughing as I reread this blog and had to write that... Stay tuned for more on those webisodes.

I’m making a big push for the YRG Fitness System this year, so please show us some support and check out some of the upcoming PR opportunities coming up...

From there I’m heading to Boston to see my good buddy Gene Lavanchy. He hosts “Boston’s Morning Show” on Fox 25 the top morning show in the Boston area. http://www.myfoxboston.com/subindex/morning I should be on that show on January 25th. He’s an old buddy of mine from Fort Myers, who interviewed me back when I was managing night clubs back in the day...those days the mid to late 80tys. I was running the Hottest Nite Club from Sarasota to Cuba at the time called Norma Jeans Dance Club... As you can imagine Gene and I shared a cocktail or two together... it just goes to show you how much real relationships mean. I always say, it’s not about who you know or who knows you, Life is about who’s willing to say they know you. And Gene is really doing that big time by helping me and my publicist, Carole Imperiale get on other shows in the Boston area. I’m especially looking forward to this trip as I’ll not only get to see Gene but I also get to spend some quality time with my cousin Joel and his beautiful daughter Nicole.

Then, I’m off to Philly, where I’m going to do Ukee Washington’s show on CBS3 Philadelphia... Pat & Ukee "Talk Philly" on CBS3 - Philadelphia which comes on at noon... Ukee’s another buddy of mine from Ft. Meyers believe it or not. Another great buddy from my past who’s helping me get on other shows in Philly as well. Remember guys, the relationships you establish in life can make all the difference!
