The YRG Workout DVD is a the “warm up”version to the
entire workout.

Well I'm still hanging out and Namibia... well I guess I shouldn't call it hanging out because I've actually working every day on my newest film GallowWalker... GallowWalker, starring Wesley Snipes, takes place in the Wild Wild West in the 1800's... GallowWalker is a supernatural Western directed by Andrew Goth... Wesley plays a character named Aman and is, of course, the hero... The set designs look great but the real natural beauty is the breathe taking Namibia itself... check out some of the pictures on the site to semi-appreciate what I'm talking about... www.DiamondDallasPage.com ...

am playing two separate characters (brothers) that I end up having
4 different looks through out the movie... let me explain... One
of the brothers is deformed and, at times, wears a bad ass bucket
over his head with spikes on it... His name is SkullBucket...
hence two of the looks... one with a bucket, one without... the other
is Scorpious. Bboth are ex confederate soldiers
... Scorpious was a General and both brothers turned raiders after
the Union won the war... Raiders were pretty much the rebels who
refused to join the Union once the war was over... Anyway, we both
end up dying the first time by Aman in a prison cell... The thing
is, once you are killed by Aman you are now undead... meaning you
come back to life... Ok dead life... As time goes on our skin starts
to decay so what do we do... We take it from the living, what else?
Hence Scorpious has two looks... With one of the looks, I have dark
hair and a beard and the other with blonde white hair and NO facial
hair at all... This is the first pictures of me in over 20 years
with no facial hair... Someone on the crew saw when I first shaved
and had my hair dyed and said ... Dallas I see you've joined the

Angella is coming out to see me this weekend and I can’t wait... I was hoping to take her to see some of the wild animals, but it looks like I'm the only animal she's going to see because it looks like I'm going to be shooting every day till I leave on the 17th of Dec, when we both will be heading back to LA for Christmas...
After Christmas, Ang and I will be heading to the winter wonderland (Park City Utah) to see two of my closest friends JT and Diana Thompson... They have never met Ang so they are in for a treat. Ang has never skied so this should be interesting... To make it even more interesting I may going to be taking up snow boarding for my second time. The last time I did it was 6 years ago and it kicked my ass and my back... I’ll keep you posted...
As for the Jay z situation... I’ve got 3 words... Diamond Cutter... Bang! ... I’ll keep you posted.
