What’s up?

I told you I was coming out of retirement and I am. May 15th is the date. I got a call from the American Dream Dusty Rhodes and his organization, TCW. They will be touring Indian Reservation Casinos this fall. The guys I normally am booked against are Chris Kanyon and Eric Watts, who are both working that night. Dusty suggested that I take on Johnny Swinger. I thought that was an excellent idea. Johnny is really starting to make a name for himself on NWA-TNA. I’ve also believed that Johnny is a great talent and a great character. I expect to have a tremendous match with him. Also on the card will be the American Dream himself who will face Abdullah the Butcher. That will truly be a match classic. Dustin Runnels will also appear. If you’re anywhere near Oklahoma City on May 15th, make sure you come by XXX Casino and see Johnny Swinger feel the bang.

Of course, my relationship with Dusty being what it is, he called me immediately.

There are not many people I’d be working for on the 15th of May because on the 13th, I’ll be flying back from my two and a half week trip to Indonesia. By the time you read this, I will be in Indonesia. Yeah…Indonesia. My buddy JT introduced to one of the top guys with Quiksilver’s European branch, Jeff Hackman (world champion surfer) while we were in Hawaii last Thanksgiving. Jeff invited me on a fantasy surfing trip. Right now, I’m on a 92 foot, five star Quiksilver yacht. This trip is totally the bomb.

On the 28th, I flew from L.A. to Kuala Lampur through Jakarta. Is pent the night in Jarkarta, the true Wild West. The next morning we were off to Babang where we hopped on the yacht and spend the next 12 days at sea surfing out asses off. I’ll give you more details when I get back.

Last Sunday, I did a reading at the San Aquarium for my friend Karen Waldron. I was really surprised when I sent out my bro’s list email to let them know that I would be reading to kids Shark-Man Stanley and to my surprise many of my friends showed up with their families. One family was Dominick Purcell and his wife Rebecca, along with their four children. You may remember Dominick form the hit series John Doe last year and he just finished shooting Blade 3. Dom has many irons in the fire and, like I’ve said for years, watch for this guy to break out because when he does it will be bigger than life.
