Rich:
You and Marc Mero (then Johnny B. Badd) still keep in touch, right?
DDP: Yah.
Rich:
How does he like the WWF?
DDP: He
likes it.
Rich:
Do you think he made the right decision?
DDP: He
thinks he did, that's the important part.
Rich:
Let's talk about the present - your feud with Eddie Guerrero...
DDP: I've
been slappin' around the Guerreros forever, you know.
Rich:
What are you talking about?
DDP: In
the AWA, with Bad Company. We fought with all the Guerreros...Hector,
Mondo, Harpo, Zeppo, Chavo and Curly. I was in the middle of some tremendous
feuds with the Guerreros. I think Eddie is one of the best high flyers
of all times. To be honest, I respect the guy and we will have some amazing
matches. His win at the Clash was a fluke. It'll never go down like that
again. Those three Diamond Cutters were just to get his attention. He's
got no idea what I have in store for him. Apparently, he ain't as tough
as I thought. He's hiding somewhere now while he sends Chavo after me.
His name was Chavo...he was a showgirl....at the Copa...anyhow, I figure
after I beat up Chavo, Eddie'll send another Guerrero after me so he won't
have to face me himself. I'll work my way through his whole family and
beat up his dog if that's what I have to do to get him in the ring again.
