Rich: A lot of people are talking about the whipping you gave Chavo. Do you think you went too far?

DDP: Hell, no...I was just doing to him what his dad should have done a long time ago.

Rich: After Guerrero, who would you feud with next?

DDP: Depends where I am. I would want it to be one of the top guys. I don't care who. I expect this feud with Eddie will have some legs, though.

Rich: Out of all the guys in WCW, who would you say is the most over right now?

DDP: I would have to say Nash, Sting...and Hogan is real over right now.

Rich: Is Hogan over as a heel?

DDP: I'd say he is over majorly as a heel, but a lot of people are starting to like him again. I can't explain it. You know there are always people who are going like a guy no matter what. When I go out, a third of the people out there are major DDP fans and there is nothing I can do that would change that. They like what I am doing. The biggest thing is that my finisher is over. My finisher is without question the hottest one out there, and if here is a hotter one, I'd like to know what it is. Nobody goes into it like I'm doing it. Nobody steals it that quick.

Rich: Nobody steals it that quick? Are you talking about Steve Austin?

DDP: (Big Laugh) He more or less falls on his butt and does a chin cruncher.

Rich: I know you and Austin go way back.

DDP: Yeah, we're real good friends.
